As a service provider ITA Network Solutions collects information during the registration process. The personally identifiable information that we collect includes first and last name, country, address, email, etc. You may update your registration information at any time in the clients area.

We however may disclose aggregate registration statistics in connection with our marketing activities.

Why do we need this information ?

Your registration information is needed to operate the site, to provide support for your account, for statistical purposes, etc. ITA Network Solutions will not send you any unsolicited information, including e-mail, except as mentioned below. New Customers will receive a "Welcome" message explaining the features provided by the service. ITA Network Solutions may also send periodic member letters to announce important service changes, new features, technical issue updates and news about the Service. We will also send you answers to any requests that you have made to the Support Team via email.

ITA Network Solutions keeps your personal information private and does NOT share it with any unauthorized third parties.

ITA Network Solutions does not keep your credit cart details in order to automatically renew your subscription. We keep only tockens that are encrypted in our database. Your cards are stored on a safe place in our merchant provider. You can remove your credit card tockens from the clients area.

Privacy Hosting Account

We consider your registration data and the content of all of your messages to be private. The header of the messages that you send will only contain your name (e-mail address) and Internet Protocol (IP) address. We will not intentionally monitor or disclose any of your e-mail messages or registration data unless we are required to do so in any of the below mentioned instances:

  • Due to breach of Terms and Conditions of the service provided by ITA Network Solutions as a service provider
  • Breach of any US or EU laws
  • In case we have to defend ourselves as service provider in case of in any legal action
  • Your password is your primary privacy protection and we encourage you to choose hard to guess passwords and change them frequently
